We deliver nationwide inside the Philippines. We ship your packages Mondays-Fridays. Cut-off for payments is at 12 noon. Kindly allow 3-5 working days for NCR orders and 5-10 working days for provincial orders (not including holidays and weekends).
Please understand that we use a third party courier and we also have no control over delays due to holidays or bad weather. We are a small family enterprise remotely located in the highlands of Silang, Cavite. Only a hand full of people maintain the sensitive and meticulous preparing of Ilog Maria natural products. After submitting an order, please wait within 24-48 hours to receive a confirmation of supply email with complete payment methods. We answer emails from Tuesdays-Fridays. This email will contain our BPI, BDO and gcash accounts. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
Please do not accept your shipment if it is damaged, spilt, melted, wet, broken, or containing incorrect or missing items. If you are not there to personally accept the package, please instruct someone to check the package for you. REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FOR WRONG/ DAMAGED SHIPMENTS.
Please take clear photos of the shipment in the above mentioned condition and send it to email@example.com. Returns can only be made within 7 days upon receiving the product. BUYER shoulders the return of products.
