Apply for overnight relief of persistent aches, pains, sore tendons & muscles, rheumatism.

Best to shower or soak affected area with very hot water before use. Slightly dry with a towel but leave a little moist. Vigorously rub into affected area. Cover with an elastic bandage or towel. Sleep immediately. Next morning, shower or soak with very hot water, if added relief is still needed.

Made from Propolis Gold, Honey Cider Vinegar, camphor, peppermint oil, a natural penetrant and a natural muscle relaxant.

No emulsifiers; shake before use.
