We regularly update this section based on the many questions that we receive by email, text, fax and phone calls. If there is anything you need to know, please email us. Eventually, the gist of our discussion will end up here.

1.) Do you have any outlets? No. Having an outlet will only increase the cost of our products many times over. We will have to pay rent, salaries, utilities, delivery costs. These costs will have to be absorbed by our customers. You can order through the website.
2.) Why did you discontinue your “text your order” service? We had to make a very tough decision. We decided to devote our very limited time and resources to expand our operation to be able to continue to supply our customers.

We also had to prioritize our limited supply of beehive products.

We improved our website so it can handle your orders. We hope that you will understand.
3.) How can I buy? You can use the website shopping cart to buy. The website will automatically compute the amount of your order. An added bonus is that you can now maximize shipping because you will be able to see a running total of the weight of your order. You can add or subtract purchases to maximize shipping. We have put a limit on the amounts of products you can buy so we will be sure to supply you. Then “check out”.

The website will provide you with a two means of payment: the usual way, by making a deposit to our account and faxing the deposit slip to us. And, a newer way by GCash and Smart money.

You can then deposit using your ATM card. Please pay to the savings account of Joel Magsaysay, S/A # 8503-0011-53 in any branch of the Bank of the Philippine Islands.

Then, printout our email and attach the deposit slip. Please fax it to 0468650018 before noontime Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays.

We will email you as soon as we receive your fax to inform you that we are shipping your order and to give you the waybill number, just in case you will need to track your package. We will also give you the toll free number of Air 21, the local Fedex operation.

Please expect your package to arrive 24 to 48 hours afterwards. Click to go to Products.
4.) Why are the product prices higher in your website? This is due to the added costs of website development and maintenance, plus the added costs of maintaining a shipping operation which can assemble, pack, ship, track and account for your order.
5.) What are the advantages of ordering through the website?  No More Waiting. Computation of your order is automatic, even if we are offline.

7.) When I pay, how soon can my order be delivered? Cut off for receiving your fax will be noontime Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. We then ship.

If we receive your fax after noontime, we then ship the following day.

If we receive your fax after noontime Thursday, we will ship the following Tuesday afternoon. You will receive your order 24 to 48 hours later.
8.) My package hasn’t arrived yet, when will it arrive? When you receive an email confirmation of shipping from us, it will contain the waybill number of your shipment. This will mean that your shipment definitely left Cavite and will now be in your city. Please call the tool free number of Air 21 in this email to find out where your package is. Air 21 is very reliable.
